They get home before too long and Obi-Wan helps Klaus from the car, though he knows Klaus is capable. He must be exhausted, Obi-Wan thinks, because he is, too, not a feeling he's often had in Darrow. The way he feels now, it reminds him a little of the war, how they'd all felt coming back to the ship, finally being able to sit down after hours of battle.
They get cleaned up mostly in silence, taking time, making sure the water is warm, comfortable. Obi-Wan gets the cleanest, fluffiest towels from the closet. Then he puts them both to bed. There is no reading for him tonight, just the dark, the quiet, and Klaus breathing beside him.
