Klaus's words are beautiful, like poetry, and Obi-Wan smiles against his skin, then kisses the inside of his thigh once more. He nuzzles his cheek against that soft skin, then bites softly, not hard enough to leave a mark, but because he wants to, he wants to have something of Klaus physically between his teeth for just a moment. It isn't a possessive act, but a reminder of how real he is, how solid and precious and wonderful.

"I think that's a lovely idea," he answers. "May I go with you when you get it done?"

He doesn't think he would care for one himself, not because he doesn't like how they look or because of the pain, just because he isn't even sure what he might get. But he would very much like to be there when Klaus gets his done in order to share the experience with him.
