At this point, Obi-Wan isn't even sure what he might do with the situation. There are so many options and he doesn't know that trying to teach anyone the Jedi code is a good idea at all. While there are people here who are strong with the Force, he knows there are others with much different talents, and even those who can access the Force may not want the old Jedi training.
It certainly hasn't always been quite the success it wanted to be.
