Tattoos are very common in the world Obi-Wan is from, worn by countless people, signs of religion or race, symbols of their status, their wealth. There are Jedi with tattoos, markings to display who they are, where they come from, though Obi-Wan has never considered one for himself. The people he loves most in Darrow, those he's met here, they're both marked with ink under their skin. He finds the concept both fascinating and beautiful.
"There are planets where I'm from," he murmurs as he shifts his body, still dressed in his soft pants and t-shirt, over Klaus's much smaller frame. "Where the people tattoo themselves as a symbol of their family or their religion. I've always found them so beautiful, these markings, pieces of art, that remind someone where they've been."
He kisses Klaus's throat, then slides one palm up the side of his body, marvelling at the new curves, the softness of his skin.
