If anything, it's grown, and he wants to learn more, to understand more. He wants Klaus to teach him.
"Ma sareen," he says to Klaus, then smiles. "That means my sweet in Ryl. I believe their expression of love involves more sign language I'm not entirely familiar with, but I did learn that particular expression."
