"Hello, there," Obi-Wan says when the bartender comes to greet them. "May I have a Blue Lagoon, please? And..." He turns slightly, angling himself toward Klaus expectantly, with absolutely no idea what he might want this evening. Klaus has a great propensity for seeming happy with nearly any option and Obi-Wan doesn't want to assume he knows what Klaus prefers in this particular moment.

Especially not when his own tendency is to want the ridiculously bright and sweet concoctions, not because he dislikes the taste of alcohol and needs to hide it, but because he finds them absolutely entertaining.

Some might see the way Obi-Wan interacts with this new world he's found himself in and consider him naive. It's true a great deal of Darrow is new and unusual to him, but he isn't approaching it with wide-eyed, innocent wonder. He's making an effort, in fact, to find the new and the joyful precisely because he's lived so long in a world without it. There had been happiness in his galaxy, but there had been war, too. So much violence, so much anger, so much regret and loss.

Obi-Wan isn't naive to the difficulties of the world. Just the opposite in fact. He is deeply, terribly aware of them and he is doing everything he can to enjoy life despite them.
