"That does seem to be more Magnus's style," Obi-Wan agrees as he turns slightly, leaning sideways against the bar. "It has to be unpredictable, doesn't it, or it may get boring. And if it's too easy for people to control, that eliminates the element of trickery from the entire experience."
And while Obi-Wan sincerely believes Magnus means for the experience to be nothing more than a bit of fun, he also believes he doesn't mean for it to be easy. To be a simple trick would take away what is entertaining about it.
"So what happens if only one of these drinks works?" he asks with a smile. "Does the other one of us keep drinking until we find something of the opposite effect?"
